Lorenzo Mcdonald (10 F) and Thamsanqa Mhlongo (10F) recently proved too hot to handle when they set the running tracks alight last week in the 6km Cross Country District Trials held at Newcentre Grounds. Thamsanqa was placed 1st and Lorenzo 2nd in their respective marathons.
The duo will be back in action this week as they will compete for Provincials. NESS is extremely proud of these fine athletes and wish them all the very best in their upcoming events.
